Monday 29 July 2024It was in preparing mode for an hour. I called the bakery. They said it was picked up 20 minutes ago. I waited. No response. Contacted your chat service. They couldn’t do anything other than saying it would come. They couldn’t talk to the driver. I assume the driver picked up the order, did not update the system but was doing something else. There were No traffic either. I’m waiting for your reply to decide to move to Uber Eats
