Sunday 13 October 2024Whilst there was nothing wrong with the food, there is absolutely no reason why it should have taken over an hour to be delivered, especially when the courier was at the store for 40 mins according to the app. For food not prepared fresh for delivery, this is completely unacceptable. The offer of $2.33 credit is insulting given the high fees. I request at a minimum $8 credit to cover service and delivery fees in light of this horrendous service.
