This is a terrible experience the courier was more than 45 min late after he picked up the food. The courier is not moving on the map at all for 30 min and the ETA has been pushed back from 8pm to 8.49pm. I tried to be in touch via message and he’s not replying at all. Worse comes to worst he didn’t deliver the food to the my unit and left it on the table downstairs - I have never had such delivery experience with other courier because they know how to come up. The food is cold im asking refund.

Delivery man left the food downstairs. Salad was nice, prawn rolls didn’t have much meat and were oily.
