Clear delivery instructions given and a text to driver to confirm address. Driver called to tell me to meet them on the side of the road.

We always ensure clear delivery instructions are provided with each order, but unfortunately, we have no control over how third-party drivers handle deliveries. Disgraceful delivery service! Clear address and delivery instructions however the driver could not get to the location no matter how many times being told drive to the Flynn drive community health centre at 10 Flynn drive.
