Driver didn't even ring or knock on my door. Left my food outside the front gate, Went cold. Horrible delivery driver, Knocking isn't that complicated.

I live in an apartment block on the second floor. my order was left downstairs at the front door. When I couldn't locate my order at my apartment door I went downstairs where I found it. Unfortunately the order had been accidentally kicked over by a neighbour who didn't see it. The neighbour was extremely apologetic but when she accidentally kicked it it tipped over. not a great experience with Menulog I'm afraid
