Benny's did not have vegan nuggets, but instead of telling me, they just sent a double order of onion rings. I called the store and the girl I spoke with wouldn't tell me her name, said a manager was unavailable and told me to call menulog. Absolutely horrible customer service. We will never order from here again.

Restaurant called out of stock I asked to refund as I wasn't interested in replacement options. Restaurant sent replacements anyway and didn't offer any refund even tho the replacement fries are of lesser value.

These people have a habit of not supplying all the items ordered. Pity because what they supply is pretty good, but it leaves a sour taste in your mouth when they forget the drink that is part of a combo, or an extra drink, or the chips. Between them and their alter ego New York Grill (same shop really), they are incapable of filling an order properly.
