I placed an order ahead of time to be delivered by 5:30pm. The app said the driver was at the restaurant at 5:15pm. The restaurant called me at 5:40pm saying my food has been ready for some time and there was no driver there and to call Menulog. Food arrived at 6pm even though this was a scheduled order and the restaurant had prepared it in time. Totally unacceptable and won’t be using Menulog again. Terrible experience.

Ordered the wing didn’t get it. And Menulog driver didn’t deliver. Rang restaurant said they will deal with it tomorrow. 😂
