Didn’t knock so our food sat there for 20mins very dissapointing.

Very disappointed for the first time, quality was not great. Schnitzel was ok but not as good as usual. Meal was cold. Chips were cold and soggy. Hubby ordered 2 cutlets instead of 3 as they are usually so big and they were tiny, he wasn’t happy🤨. Daughter had the schnitzel and refused to eat it, she usually smashed it, said the taste was not great and dry also. Normally use door dash and not any issues with food. Driver appeared to be at kfc on the map for sometime, probably why food was cold?
