this driver was horrible , he pick up my order and drove around for 45 mins with my food , doing other jobs then he drove down my street gave a order to teens drove right past me and ignored me.

The fries arrived stone cold. This seems to happen often with Betty’s. I have said before I am not going to order from there again. Time to listen to myself. It seemed to take the driver a while to deliver to manly eastern hill.

Didn’t deliver, left the order on preparing for two hrs so I couldn’t get any resolution through Menulog other than please be patient, until finally they refunded money to my Menulog account, 2.5hrs after I ordered. Tried ringing Betty’s several times but went through to mail box only. I even tried Instagram DM …no resolution. Very poor service.
