I was very unhappy that my food was left outside my apartment building where anyone could have stolen it. I expected the deliverer would wait until I came down to collect it. I will not use Menulog again.

We were waiting at the door and the delivery person left the food on the doorstep without knocking or ringing the bell. The food was lukewarm by the time we realised it was there.
