Driver was very polite but Bondi Pizza took a very long time. When pizza arrived it was freezing cold. Very unhappy

The order turned up over 3 hours after we ordered it. Stone cold. Inedible. Unacceptable. Delivery driver said it was because the last driver canceled and didn’t notify anyone. I want a full refund.

For Fries, the way it's getting in box should be changed. It's not crunchy and not eatable. Probably you can look into it . Thanks.

Pasta was not as expected. Taste was disappointing. On collection staff was also not very helpful or polite

Happy with the quality of the food - for both the Vegetarian Pizza and the Wedges. Pizza was a bit too saucy and not cut property but overall ok and I loved that they sealed the wedges inside the bag so I know that nobody can get to them. Delivery Time was 45 minutes late on top of the initial 30 minutes that Menulog caters for - Driver was courteous and smiled. Disappointed with the time but overall experience and food ok.
