There was a note requesting Zero! Clearly the note was read as there was no sauce in the burger! No one here can drink normal coke! Change your menu to have options if you aren’t capable of reading the notes provided correctly or don’t force people to purchase a meal.! This burger can’t be purchased by itself. Chips are already fed to the dogs mostly and now the drink gets thrown out!!!!!!!

Burger was not made correctly! Store were apologetic. Menulog do nothing. Order was left by driver sitting on top of my garbage bin.

Driver clearly can’t read numbers on letterboxes. He rang and was nowhere near my place! Surely that’s the basics to being a delivery driver.

The delivery person indicated he was at the restaurant to pick up our order. The restaurant called to say they were not there. Both the restaurant or myself had any details of the courier to find out any information. Then just left it on front porch, couldn’t even be bothered to knock! The food was not as hot as I would have liked but good.

No option for no sauce on the menu. I wrote NO SAUCE in the rest. notes on the order! Second time I’ve had to throw out the burger! Change the options on your menu! Menu log don’t care, just as bad, they don’t care how customers are treated!
