Our chicken burger pattie was a bit burnt, but fortunately still moist inside. The Big Rig burger was delicious, but half the salad was sitting on the outside of the bun which made the bottom of it turn to mush. The chips were yummy - the special seasoning was perfection. No napkins in the bag with a potentially soggy burger though!

The burger was really great tasting with good quality produce, thick juicy patties, but too much sauce made the whole thing arrive soggy and the bun fell apart before I got to eat it. Then they forgot to include my aoili sauce - which surprisingly is a paid extra, not included with the onion rings like other places. Onion rings without dipping sauce are a bit depressing. So many mixed emotions with this order, but I would give this joint another try.
