Ordered Cheesy fries and 2 burgers. Cheese on fries was not melted and was cold so was very gluggy and unpleasant. Gravy came separate and was runny, not nice. Burgers were not warm. Favourite burger patty was either undercooked and poor quality beef. Big burger box burger the beef and bacon was way overcooked and unpleasant to eat. Half burger uneaten. Delivery driver rang doorbell then left order at the entrance of the apartment building in a main street while staying across the road in his car (white Kia sedan) checking to see if we came and picked up. Would expect better given delivery fee. We order burgers frequently and this place completely misses the mark. Given a $52 order, there are many better places in Glen Iris to get your burgers from. Very poor effort, I would suggest to avoid.

All of the food is incorrect and we have no way to get our correct items. Unsure if the delivery driver is lying or the restaurant made a mistake. Delivery person said the wrong food was given
