The chicken was dry in the burger and the tenderloin chicken was like rubber terrible today the beef burger was burnt only the chips were nice others then that no very good this time round

Restaurant did not progress the order until I called them and complained that the time was being pushed back repeatedly. I went and picked the order up myself. I should be refunded my service charge and all delivery costs. Order was made at 12.40pm and I went and picked the order up myself at 2pm
