I want a refund. My poor kids! We waited over an hour for our food . Why accept the order in the first place if you have no driver up pick up, I want a refund.

The food was cold and soggy, missing ingredients, and did not match the product description at all. My "loaded fries" were missing cheese, bacon, spring onions. My burger actually had a piece of avocado skin in it and SO dry because the dressing was all but absent. My driver ignored my request to leave the food at the door and tried to make me come to collect it in person.

Food was cold on arrival , the driver stole my drink I paid for . Would I recommend menulog to family and friends NO ,would I use the app again No . How hard is it to drop off a customers correct order When the driver collected the order from the store there was a can of drink included with the food . So why wasn’t the can of drink delivered with my food
