Tuesday 07 January 2025The food was cold and soggy, missing ingredients, and did not match the product description at all. My "loaded fries" were missing cheese, bacon, spring onions. My burger actually had a piece of avocado skin in it and SO dry because the dressing was all but absent. My driver ignored my request to leave the food at the door and tried to make me come to collect it in person.

Monday 05 August 2024Food was cold on arrival , the driver stole my drink I paid for .
Would I recommend menulog to family and friends NO ,would I use the app again No .
How hard is it to drop off a customers correct order
When the driver collected the order from the store there was a can of drink included with the food .
So why wasn’t the can of drink delivered with my food

Tuesday 16 July 2024Driver was sat up the street for a good 10 mins or more with our food. No number for me to call. Didn’t follow delivery instructions, which couldn’t be clearer. I left my number for him to call and I wasn’t able to contact him. Food is ICE cold. Had to reheat it all. Very disappointing for $95.
