These are such great burgers but the service at this store is so disappointing. We paid $10 extra for a combo and did not receive the chips! I called the restaurant and they offered to make them but for us to pick them up. Seriously, there’s a reason we ordered via Menulog! Never again! We’ve had something similar happen with Grilld who are further out and they delivered the items missing themselves so we’ll stick to them from now on.

Yum! Don't think $8.50 for a small little bag of chips is fair but hey.. and also maybe when an order of multiple burgers could write on the packet what burger it is .. But nonetheless delicious burgers fresh and spot on!

I would have given a better rating on food and service quality but I asked for no Aioli on my food. It’s as simple a request as it gets and still failed to do so. Please pay better attention to your customers requests.

These were likely the best quality burgers I have ever had! The buns were soft and moist, the patty was hot and cooked perfectly and the chips crunchy, full of flavour and not oily! Will 100% be getting food from here again and advise everyone to give these a go!

Our order came on time however was missing all of the chips for our combo meals as well as one of the drinks which was very disappointing given the amount that was spent on our meals.
