Food was cold and soggy. Delivery driver took 30 mins to deliver. They actually picked up food from another business before delivering my food. So my food simply sat in the car

Delivery driver did not ring our front doorbell as requested, but one of us heard him deliver, so we were able to retrieve the food straight away. The flathead and chips we ordered were barely warm and the chips were soggy. This dish was meant to be delivered with coleslaw, but for the second time in a row, we got a small garden salad (mostly lettuce, some cucumber, minimal capsicum and some sliced red onion). Not impressed.
