Order took an obscene amount of time to turn up. From ordering to arrival was nearly two hours. Delivery was slow from store, around 20 minutes. Food was not hot.

The food was on time but was left on the doorstep with no notice. Didn’t call out, knock or ring the doorbell, just dropped it and left. The croquettes and coleslaw were the only edible items. The chips and gravy were flavoured with the cheapest tasting chicken salt and were overly salty (couldn’t even taste the gravy). The pineapple fritters were tough and had been placed on top of salty food. We got chicken chips that we didn’t order that tasted absolutely horrible. Most of it was thrown away.
