This will be my Last time purchasing from Carl's. On multiple occasions the burgers have been luke warm, almost cold. Happens even when ordering in store. The burgers are scrawny in size, I see no point of difference. Just another fast food chain...

1 drink missing, 2 others split and laying sideways on the ground. Note to ring doorbell 100% ignored. 1 of the 4 burgers was the wrong one. There is no wonder that carls Jr is going bust in Australia, Very overpriced and poor quality food.

Hi Tony, Unfortunately we do not have control over drivers this would have to be brought up with Menulog directly, we tell every driver to be careful with the drinks when handling orders. We do understand our products are a little more expensive than other Fast Food chains, however every customers order is cooked fresh just for them through our Charbroiled machine.
