we ordered at 6.30, were informed of would be ready at 6.50. received notification that the order was ready then. my partner went to the restaurant to pick up and the order was not ready. it took 35 min for them to finish preparing the order. as a chef I know that means they hadn't even started the order by the time he arrived. this is the 4th time we have had issues with our orders from this restaurant. they are constantly late, deliver cold food able are unapologetic about it every time.
