the food took more that an hour to be delivered, the food was soggy and cold

Ordered at 6.50pm, restaurant rang at 8pm to inform me my choices no longer available as they served people in the shop before they fulfill Menulog orders. So all Menulog orders are left til the end of the night and instead of getting what we ordered, we get what’s left at the end of the night. They also tell me they can’t cancel the order even though they have run out of food. Food finally arrived at 8.30pm, not what I wanted and very small serves.
