Hello. I responded when the order arrived ages ago and haven’t heard back. I ordered 2x burgers with the 2-4-1 offer, bur one arrived bunless. I took a picture of it, with the receipt next to it so you can see the date mates. When will refund be?

The time changed which means later delivery. I am ok with that if the food arrives hot. But it was warm to cold. Not a big deal but I also requested no tomatoes in burgers but that was missed.
