The time changed which means later delivery. I am ok with that if the food arrives hot. But it was warm to cold. Not a big deal but I also requested no tomatoes in burgers but that was missed.

When ordering said delivery between 555 and 625pm. Time then kept slipping and ended up being delivered around 640pm and food was not hot.

Twice I’ve ordered a burger and selected “no” when I’ve been asked if I want “no bun” (clearly a poorly worded question), and twice I’ve received a burger without a bun in a plastic container. Last time I even left a message that I DO want a bun and still I got no bun. Do I need to select “yes” - I want no bun? I’ll never know as I’m not ordering again.

Hot food was cold. Japanese slaw tasted like it had been plucked from a sewer. Unsure why there was a 17 minute delay in delivery when none of the food was required to be ‘cooked’ literally just bagged. Disappointing as CC’s is always great in person or picked up.

I ordered whole chicken and large chips. Chicken was undercooked and chips were soggy. Very disappointed.

the two orders with chicken was good but the family size wedges were terrible. 1/4 of it seemed like crunchy crumbs.
