it has been a very terrible experience which you every time I have placed an order. this time the delivery person did not deliver the order but said delivered on the app. I stayed hungry and I also lost my money. I also lost my precious time communicating but I got no result. it has been a very terrible customer experience every time.

Food was good no complaints over the restaurant the delivery person from menulog left my food outside like dog food on the floor. Did not show their face rang the doorbell and left. I didnot ask for the food to be left outside. Is it that problematic for the person to hand over the food to my hand. Menulog doesnot let me review the delivery guy. I cant even see thier name. very unprofessional.

Missed an item and it was delivered with no notification, food was cold and the restaurant blamed it on menulog but couldnt agree as the delivery was in a small bag
