Expensive order delivered cold after a wait time of an hour and 10 minutes and the food was highly underwhelming - chicken was burnt and tough.

My order was changed from Beef Ribs to Brisket with the response from the restuarant is they don't do Ribs any more. On top of this the quantity didn't match the advertised amount. When discussing these issues with the Restuarant I was informed that I needed to contact Menulog as I ordered through them.

I ordered my brother a black Angus steak for his 40th. 3 hours later we were trying to call and basically getting a response that because the cook works in a bakery he would do it when he gets a minute.. from his house. Please don't offer a service if you can't/ don't want to do it. What turned up was an inedible piece of something which half resembled a burnt pancake.. for $37??? I would upload photos if I could. One star for the chips being quite good, thanks for that. Customer service very average. Very disappointing when you are trying to order a special birthday dinner for someone.
