Order was ready a few minutes before schedule, i thought that was good only to find fried chicken was half cold and soggy. It must be sitting there for more than half an hour. Feel like eating left over.

The food was not what I expected, I expected a chicken bowl which used to get when ordering from the same place on DoorDash for a lesser price. Not good at all.

Have ordered a few times from Chicken Story. Never disappointed with their food. I ordered the snow cheese fried chicken tonight but got the sweet soy fried chicken instead. I triple checked my order and I did order the snow cheese chicken. A bit disappointed but cannot be bothered contacting the restaurant or menulog to change. The sweet soy chicken is nice too but I was really looking forward to the snow cheese chicken. A bit disappointed tonight.

Food delivered promptly. Still nice and hot. Chicken pieces are crunchy and tasty. I do recommend this restaurant and will be ordering from them in the future.
