The food was not what I expected, I expected a chicken bowl which used to get when ordering from the same place on DoorDash for a lesser price. Not good at all.

r U serious, my review is U don't even have the decency to follow queries or. complaints to closure no do U refund when U r on the wrong, I have many staff and friends U won't even accept my review

Have ordered a few times from Chicken Story. Never disappointed with their food. I ordered the snow cheese fried chicken tonight but got the sweet soy fried chicken instead. I triple checked my order and I did order the snow cheese chicken. A bit disappointed but cannot be bothered contacting the restaurant or menulog to change. The sweet soy chicken is nice too but I was really looking forward to the snow cheese chicken. A bit disappointed tonight.

Food delivered promptly. Still nice and hot. Chicken pieces are crunchy and tasty. I do recommend this restaurant and will be ordering from them in the future.

Food was late by 20 minutes, food arrived cold. Order was not correct either I ordered hot spicy chicken with bones and I received plain cold chicken
