Saturday 30 November 2024Our food was expected to arrive at 6:50 originally and didn’t get here until 8. The app kept updating and when 6:50 came, estimated delivery time was 8:20. Called the restaurant at 6:55 and they said it was already waiting and ready to go, the driver never showed up. Pretty disappointed as if I knew I was going to wait nearly 2 hours I wouldn’t have ordered and gone direct through the restaurant. We were starving and didn’t even have the option to cancel and buy something else
