Food items were missing and I feel often happens with this service. Did the restaurant miss it? Did the driver lose it?! Hard to say but happens a lot. At least the process for refund has improved

Unfortunately, for the first time ever, there was nothing special about the Special Fried rice - while we got the 2 prawns there was only 1 small sliver of chicken and piece of bbq pork in each large rice - really disappointing 😕
