I ordered the quarter chicken pack with gravy. The chips were bit too soft, the chicken skin had great flavour and was crispy but the meat was very dry. The gravy sauce was bland.

I left a note saying for the driver to come to the front door. He came to the back, left the food there and just beeped the horn. by the time I realised where the food was it was cold. This is totally unacceptable! 😡
