I placed the order at 11:53pm 1st October and received it at 1:13am 2nd October. I was in pain due to tummy aches and hunger. I contacted the restaurant and asked why my order has yet not been delivered and they replied with this “ hey, the orders been sitting here for about 50 minutes as the driver has been “8-9” minutes away for that entire duration. Im not sure where they are but i suggest calling menulog support or the driver. We’ll prepare you a fresh one. For the future i suggest ordering via uber eats as this is always an issue with menulog drivers at our store.” I expect a full refund of my money because this was extremely bad service.

Hi Abdul, We have no control over drivers and unfortunately do not know when they will eventually turn up. You can request a full refund from Menulog but this rating is directed at the store for no reason.

Hi Heba, Sorry to hear about your experience. I would recommend you get in touch with Menulog directly as we do not control drivers and nor do we have any say on the time they take to deliver.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS SHOP WITH A 10-FOOT POLE, I placed my order at 8:12 pm and was told it would be delivered between 8: 40 and 9 p.m. I contacted the shop ( Text only phone turned off ) AT 9:25 PM told the order was given to the driver who was running late and that I should take it up with the driver or Menulog... I replied by saying I had ordered the food from them NOT the driver and they should take it up with the driver ...I then asked for my order to be delivered HOT or a refund... I GOT NO REPLY!!! THIS IS THEFT.

Hi Darren, May I suggest you check the terms and conditions when you signed up with Menu log before leaving such a review. You placed the order through Menu log. We have no control over how they assign their drivers and nor do we have any control over their drivers. Hence why you were asked to contact Menu log directly to request a refund. To write a review like this when we have no control on the delivery side is very disappointing.
