Thursday 04 April 2024I placed an order and got a confirmation email at 5:16pm and the food was delivered at 7:39pm. The restaurant called me at 6:30pm letting me know that the food was already ready but they were having trouble booking the courier. There was no option for me to cancel the order. I got the food after 2 hrs and 20 mins. Of course the food wasn’t warm nor fresh. It’s not the restaurant’s fault, but Menulog’s. I’d like a refund for the food while ensuring the restaurant still gets their money.
