Good quality home style burger, regular bread roll, nicely cooked chicken, little bit of spicy sauce too. Maybe a little overpriced but nothing crazy. Menulog let down the service with a late delivery.

The driver was very very rude he was yelling at me over the phone to come outside and find him in the rain meanwhile never leaving his car, when I did finally find the car he told me over the phone to walk out in the rain and come to him! When I reached the car I asked him to roll down the window to which he replied rudely open the door! As a delivery service that I paid for I am absolutely disgusted at this behaviour

My food was cold upon delivery. Chips and a burger. The food could of been better if the delivery driver had taken a direct route and it appears they stopped off prior to my food drop off… Chips were cold and the burger fell apart when attempting to eat it.. I’m assuming the food was in a plastic bag for the duration of the trip.. I had 3 bits of the burger and didn’t eat the cold chips, waste of my money to be honest. In hindsight I should of picked up myself but I couldn’t as I have was discharged from hospital and cannot operate a vehicle for the next few days as the strong medication On another note, I ordered a meal from a different store prior to this store and had waited for some time to find out that the store had turned off the order/delivery servcies to their store. The care factor was zero and they said to take it up with menu log.. I may have to rethink if you use this service again

The chips were so cold and soggy , pretty much un eatable, not sure what happened , previous times they’ve been warm and nice and crisp , not impressed

2 hours late and the food is cold, soggy and the avocado has turned brown.
