The ice cream was half melted and didn't have the caramel fudge sauce on it... even after putting it in The freezer for half an hour it didn't get frozen... The driver had us wait for 40 mins as well cause I guess it wasn't important... All of which is disappointing

Driver waited at the restaurant for 45+ minutes. It’s an ice cream shop and never busy, at least not to the time of 45+ minutes.

Left a $60 bag of ice cream on the verandah without even ringing the door bell so it’s all melted. You don’t have to stay and chat but at least ring the bell so we know it’s there. The tracker is inaccurate.
