My partner and I ordered a date night combo, 1x 2 scoops of mad for mint and 1x 2 scoops cookie jar and both received plain ice cream being just mint flavoured and just cookies and cream, no mixtures. It was very poor after waiting so long for our order to arrive. We have ordered at night before and both times has taken so long to prepare, not sure why this continues to happen. We will not be ordering by app anymore as staff don’t seem to care as much as if we were in store. Not happy.
