Monday 01 April 2024Worst customer service ever. An hour late. The support team kept saying the order had been collected. I had to keep cancelling the support chat only to find the status hadn’t moved from order being prepared, ready for delivery. Then the support team say it’s being prepared again. I regret leaving an upfront tip. Drivers sitting and waiting for other orders to rack up and maximise their fuel and time should be sacked.

Thursday 12 October 2023I ordered Tyrell’s Salt and Vinegar chips which is priced more expensive and was delivered a cheaper option by $2, which is Smiths chips. They also gave the wrong flavour of Arnott Shapes- not impressed
