Sunday 15 December 2024I ordered eggs & icecream for a baking project with my kids. An additional drink was offered as a freebie. The eggs were unavailable, and refunded, I wish stock levels had been accurate, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered. The icecream delivered was reduced to half a tub and crystalised like it had been melted all the way and refrozen. On top of that, I was charged for the drink that I wouldn’t have gotten if it wasn’t free, and Menulog is refusing a full refund for the icecream. Awful overall.
