Pizza never arrived, I called the restaurant and they hung up on me. Do not use this restaurant or menu log. I paid for goods and they did not arrive. Where is my refund?

The courier rang to say he could not find my unit…(we have 2 blocks of 7 units down the site…Units 1-7 or 8-14,) he couldn’t work out where unit 2 might be. !! After I explained to him where to find my unit (duh! ) he eventually delivered the food and then came back 3-4 minutes later to ask for my signature.. The food was COLD ..I asked him how long he had had taken to deliver it..he said 10 minutes…. It was 50 minutes since the payment went through??

That was super lame, delivery guy. At least ring the bell and let me know the food is here before you drop it all on the ground outside the gate and let it get cold for 20 mins before I go looking for it! I’ve been home and waiting!

Missing ingredients from pizza (this happens each time I’ve ordered from there, or ingredients added that shouldn’t have been, that ruined the flavour) Picked up order, pizza was just sitting there out of the box, no staff attending to it. Was “cut” (seemingly with a blunt knife) in very uneven pieces. Luckily it was t drowned in topping sauce as it was each previous time. Hire decent pizza makers please!

Delivery from the store 5 minutes away took 20 minutes so food arrived cold. I asked the driver about it but he didn't respond.
