Despite leaving a clear direction to ring the doorbell on delivery, which was also printed on the receipt stapled to the order, this was not done. This resulted in cold food when I found it.

restaurant confirmed my order was picked up by the driver 45mins ago, the food is cold and the drinks are warm, driver has been driving around with them for 45mins! and its less than 10mins away!!
