Ordered at 6:35pm and arrived at 9:25pm. Almost 3 hours!!! Not acceptable by anyone’s standards. My kids were fed baked beans and toast and were in bed asleep before this meal arrived. Waste of money for so much food when it takes nearly 3 hours to be delivered and my kids missed out completely as they needed to go to sleep before this order arrived. Very disappointed. Full refund would be the least I would expect in this situation.

Worst Menulog experience I have ever had. Food was never delivered by Menulog. Had to go pick it up 1hr and a half after it was meant to have been delivered. Had called the restaurant twice to find out what was the delay, I was told each time a driver was on the way. So finally after an hour and a half I gave up and went to pick up the food myself, they hadn't even bothered to keep it hot or heat it up even when they knew I was on the way to pick it up. A delivery driver not showing up ok, but not bothering to tell me there was a problem or keep my food hot that's on them. They blamed Menulog, took no responsibility and offered no compensation, was told me to use UberEats next time. When I did get home with the cold food and heated it up, it was pretty average. I've ordered heaps from Menulog and never had an issue until these guys. Don't waste your time on these clowns.
