We ordered 2 pizzas at approximately 6:15pm. We were given a delivery time of between 7:05pm - 7:25pm. At approximately 7:40pm I rang the shop and was told our order had already left for delivery about 5 minutes before - we live about 10 minutes away. We didn’t get our order until 8:03pm. Only 48 minutes late!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I don’t like being lied to and needless to say we will not be buying anything from there again.

Issue was prior to order, advise 30 minutes to receive. After order goes to 1 hr and 10 minute - 1 hr and 35 minutes, but is then still 15 minutes later. Problem seems to be the app and restaurant don’t seem to align and give misleading information.
