Delivery time kept fluctuating increasing up to over an hour on top of the original 40 mins to wait for the food. So it was ‘on time’ only because it kept being pushed back. Can the estimated wait time for the restaurant be accurate please.

Beyond terrible. Restaurant said they had no record of my order. I had to order another replacement meal. Then the food was dumped outside my house hours late. Worst consumer experience imaginable and i expect a full refund. So so bad.
