Our driver locked her keys along with our meal in her car. She had to wait another hour before the car was unlocked and when we asked that the restaurant make a new meal, the staff wanted to give us the cold food that had sat in the car for an hour. Mistakes happen but at least fix the issue at hand. We then waited an additional 45 minutes after she left waiting for our food- the restaurant is a 6 minute drive from our home. Poor customer service and didn’t have any intention of fixing the issue

Absolutely disgraceful. ordered at 6.30 pm arrived at 8.20 with a delivery time of 40 mins. Stone cold rang no apology except were busy. never again. 👎👎
