A real shame that I ordered 4 burgers and only 2 were delivered. The order cost over 75 dollars , so was very disappointing when only half the amount of burgers were delivered. I did receive a partial refund , however it took quite a few days to be deposited back into my account. One of the burgers also had no sauce on it , which was not what was requested.

Food feels like it was ready a while before delivery was arranged. Arrive cold. The Jackson five burgers was a bit wet when arrived. Meaning the bun was a bit soaked. Delivery person was just ok. He opened the gate but did not ring the bell and two bags of food was left on the ground. Sorry Deans Diner, it is our first and last.

loved the old school butcher paper wrapped chips that were also delishous. The fantasy Burger was super tasty, definitely order again.

Food is always great at Deans Diner and we are repeat customers. But WHY the drivers never read the delivery instructions is infuriating and drop the food off at the back gate in the rain is beyond me. But that is not a Deans Diner issue. Great food, always.
