I’m disgusted in the condition the food was delivered. The hot food was totally cold and in edible. I expected to be reimbursed for the calamari and toasted sandwich. I paid good money for food to be edible when it arrived. It was nearly 1 1/2 hours from order to delivery. Not good enough.

The driver said that he was at the restaurant at 6pm and I called them at 6.30 and they said that our food had been sitting waiting as the driver had said he was on the way. So he lied. It was finally delivered at 6.45 (although it was entered as 6.51). I have paid for a service I didn't receive and a cold meal. Not happy at all.
