Order was approx. 30 minutes late - there was no communication about when it was getting there. This was for a youth program, and we were on a tight time schedule.

Dear Richard, Thank you, as always, for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate it and take it on board to improve our staff training and overall service. Regarding the incident, I believe it was raining that day when the delivery driver picked up the order. Unfortunately, he did not bring his delivery bag and was waiting for the rain to stop. Our staff member asked him several times if he needed assistance, but he declined. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
