    Order said it had delivered when it hadn’t and then got a message saying it would be late. It was then even later - all up an hour overdue, close on 2 hr wait. Then the pizza was squashed in the box. Menulog gave an option to ask for a refund and Deluxe declined. Pretty disappointing really.

    Hi Jace, I do apologise for the experience you received. I wish i could get your number to reach out personally but Menulog doesn't share that information. I'll be honest Friday was probably the busiest and worst service we have done since opening, we have learnt from that night and will fix and hire more staff for future nights. I will contact menulog now and request they refund your order as we never declined a refund. Again i do apologise. Regards, Liam
