There was no option to cancel the order after 1.5 hrs of waiting. The guests left with no food. I called the restaurant and they informed that the order is ready but the Menulog people haven’t yet picked up.I tried chatting on the app and asked to cancel and refund the money but the bot kept saying that it is not an option.after around 2 hours the app showed that the order has already been delivered, however there was nothing delivered. No option to cancel. I would never use Menulog again.

0 star for delivery as. It was more than 1 hour late. Food arrived cold and the Nan bread was rubbery, cold and not edible. Waste of time and money
