    Says it's delivered when it wasn't, ordered an hour before they closed and menulog staff aren't online to assist. What is the point in the service being available at 1 if there's no way to get help? Just wanted pizzy🍕

    Order was allegedly “cancelled” but showed as “enjoy your food”. Spoke to the restaurant and the language barrier aside they could not track the order from the order number and had no record of delivery to my address. Terrible service from Menulog and customer service from dominos was also poor.

    My order NEVER arrives. I tried to call the shop, put on 10 mins hold and then disconnected. Terrible service!
