order was never even delivered, I have emailed menu log as soon as the issue arose. didn't get an email reply. they won't offer a refund or credit. disgusted

Absolutely appalling, I will not be using Menulog ever again. So unhappy with my order, it was burnt and the wrong pizza base! I didn’t even get credits! I will tell everyone about my experience and what poor customer service there was.
